شروط الإرجاع

• نضمن استرداد أموالك بالكامل لجميع المشتريات التي تتم عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني.

• لا نقبل إرجاع المنتجات التي بها خدوش أو علامات استخدام أو تلف.

• يجب إرجاع المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، مع جميع ملحقات التغليف الأصلية.

• الطلبات الخاصة غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاسترداد.

عملية الاسترداد

• الدفع ببطاقة الائتمان/الخصم: تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 5 أيام عمل من استلام المنتج المُعاد.

• الدفع عند الاستلام: يتم إصدار المبلغ المسترد بمجرد استلام المنتج المُعاد. في حال تقديم طلب الإرجاع بعد مغادرة المنتج للوجهة، تُطبق رسوم الشحن نفسها.

• لا يُمكن استرداد الأموال بعد 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء. نشجع العملاء على فحص منتجاتهم خلال الأسبوعين الأولين للتأكد من أنها تلبي توقعاتهم.

Return Conditions

• We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made through our website.

• Returns are not accepted for products that have scratches, signs of use, or damage.

• The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging included.

• Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refund Process

• Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: The refund will be issued once the returned item is received. If a return request is made after the item has left the destination, the same shipping fees will apply for the return.

• Refunds are not eligible after 14 days from the date of purchase. We encourage customers to inspect their items within the first two weeks to ensure they meet expectations.
